Founders' experiences:
Christoph Lange has a degree in business administration. He studied and earned his PHD in Passau at the Chair of Information Systems. During this time he taught at the Universities of Passau and Cologne. He regularly holds university lectureships, currently at the University of Karlsruhe. Christoph Lange has been working in the area of business intelligence and corporate performance management for over a decade. He has been advising customers regarding methods and acted as a subject matter expert regarding integrated corporate management. KPI management has always been the basis of his conceptual work during these projects. Furthermore, Dr. Lange works in long-term interim positions and as a management coach.
Daniel Volknant has a degree in business administration. He studied and earned his PHD at RWTH Aachen in the field of business informatics and operations research. During his PHD he taught at RWTH Aachen. He regularly teaches, currently at the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences. Daniel Volknant has 10 years of experience in CPM, business architecture, controlling, BI and information management. He manages projects with multiple ressources and acts as a content or methodological coach or interim manager. The conception of lean and efficient KPI management procedures as well as designing steering concepts has been the core of his work.
